Ensuring Windsor grows in a way that pays for itself — with the water, infrastructure, and planning to back it up.

Cutting through the complexity of two-county governance to deliver the road and pedestrian improvements Windsor residents have already paid for.

Protecting the investments that preserve Windsor’s small-town feel — and making sure older neighborhoods get the same attention as new ones.

Meet Ken Symsack
Ken Symsack has served Windsor’s District 4 on the Town Board since July 2024. With degrees from the Culinary Institute of America and Colorado State University (including a Master’s in Adult Education), Ken brings diverse experience as a former teacher, chef, and current data analyst and systems administrator at CSU. Beyond the Town Board, he serves on the Parks, Recreation and Culture Board, Windsor Arts Commission, and Kern Reservoir and Ditch Company Board.
Ken and his wife, a local teacher, are raising two young children in Windsor. Every decision he makes keeps families in mind: safe neighborhoods, parks and trails, affordable family programming, and responsible budgets that don’t overburden taxpayers.
